Our Comeback Athletes are individuals that have had an injury, gone through the necessary recovery and have 'comeback' to play sports again. They have utilized one of our AMP physicians: Dr. Elliott, Dr. Klepps, Dr. Shenton, Dr. Phipps or Dr. Bentley, and used one of AMP's owning partners for some or all of their procedures or recovery: St. Vincent Healthcare, Ortho Montana and Yellowstone Surgery Center.

Surgery November 2014 / Torn ACL (left):
As a freshman, went down playing basketball, a month before the season started, and tore her left ACL.

Surgery October 2015:
The body was not responding well to the hardware from the Torn ACL surgery a year prior, and had the hardware removed. Surgery January 2016 / Fractured Vertebrae: The summer before her sophomore year, Brittany fell off her horse and fractured her vertebrae, resulting in the need for back surgery.

Surgery July 2016 / Re-tore ACL (left) and Torn Meniscus (left):
The summer after sophomore year, playing basketball in Australia, her foot was stepped on and hyperextended resulting in her re-tearing her ACL (left) and tearing her meniscus. SURGERY: Arthroscopy evaluation, treatment of torn meniscus. Family chose to have meniscus repaired, but to delay the ACL reconstruction until the completion of basketball season, and have Brittany wear a brace.

It was late February and while playing basketball in the first game of the Districts basketball tournament, she tore her right ACL and meniscus.

Surgery March 6:
to fix the left torn ACL., which had been delayed.

Surgery April 10:
to fix the right torn ACL and meniscus.
