Regular Program Registration Form - Summer 2010

Summer 2010

The Performance Program is based on the principles of dynamic strength training. The program is extremely demanding lasting four weeks with workout sessions scheduled two times per week. Workouts will include, but are not limited to: plyometric drills, sprint drills, agility drills, reaction drills and strength training. The high speed treadmill may or may not be used with junior high athletes at our Heights location only. Workouts will be customized to each athleteÕs ability and primary sport. Supplemental information on sports psychology and nutritional education may be provided. The program is intended for healthy individuals who desire and are committed to increasing their overall performance levels and abilities through hard work and self-discipline.

Junior High Summer Performance Program

June 8th - July 1

The AMP Performance Program is based on the principles of dynamic strength training. The program is extremely demanding lasting four weeks with workout sessions scheduled two times per week. The junior high performance program is designed to develop the characteristics of true athletes preparing for high school sports.

Summer Performance Session

June 21st - July 30th

The AMP Performance Program is based on the principles of dynamic strength training. The program is extremely demanding lasting six weeks with workout sessions scheduled three times per week. This session has 5 different session times ranging from 7am to 5pm start times.
