Junior High
Junior high school-aged athletes require specialized sessions focused on their specific strengths and limitations. Because skills, learning abilities and physical and emotional maturity levels vary widely in this age group, this program is designed to teach and work with them where they are individually. AMP athletic trainers focus on the basics, taking the time to educate participants about how to enhance their athletic performance safely.
Program workout sessions may include jumping and foot speed drills, agility, strength training, speed and form.
