Power ACL Recovery
ACL sessions are specifically designed for athletes who have undergone ACL surgery or patellar realignment. Like the traditional Power sessions, it is based on the principles of dynamic strength training, and is extremely demanding. Each ACL session lasts for 9 weeks, with workouts scheduled twice per week.
Workouts will include: plyometric drills, sprint drills, agility drills, reaction drills and strength training. Workouts will be customized to each athlete's ability and primary sport, and each athlete will be carefully monitored to lessen the risk of future injury.
